Manchester United improve offer for Inter’s André Onana

Manchester United have now made a new offer for Inter goalkeeper André Onana, after the initial approach was pegged back.

It was reported earlier today that United will make a new attempt for the Cameroon international and it seems as if the English giants have done just that.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that United have now put forward €50 million including add-ons for the goalkeeper, with is €5 million more than what was initially offered to the Nerazzurri. While Inter continue to ask for €60 million, there is belief that a fee of €55 million could be enough to seal the deal for the player.

The deal is now certainly edging closer, with La Gazzetta dello Sport having stated earlier today that it is now heading towards a closure and Erik ten Hag is already in touch with Onana about bringing him to Old Trafford before the side flies to the United States for pre-season friendlies.
