Premier League side Manchester United are soon expected to offer over €70 million to Atalanta for striker Rasmus Højlund.
Paris Saint-Germain have made an offer to La Dea for the Dane but TuttoAtalanta state that the next few days are going to be vital in the saga for the striker and decisive developments are expected.
Højlund continues to give his priority to United, but there remains a €10 million gap in valuation between the English side and the Bergamo-based side. But United’s next offer is expected to offer a base fee of €70 million and a series of bonuses linked to the player’s performances. That will take the offer close to what Atalanta want, with their demand currently at €80 million.
The bonuses on offer could potentially close the deal but La Dea would want the bonuses to be well-defined, so that they are guaranteed a certain amount of fee from them.
