The agents of Newcastle United winger Allan Saint-Maximin have recently spoken to Milan regarding a potential transfer.
Milan seem to be edging closer to signing Romaโs Nicolo Zaniolo but Saint-Maximin is another name which is being mentioned concretely. Gianluca di Marzio has confirmed these rumours, saying that talks with the wingerโs agents and intermediaries have been held by Milan.
It werenโt Milan who came forward with an approach but it was the other way around, as the agents approached the Rossoneri. Newcastle Unitedโs valuation of the Frenchman is quite high and is placed at โฌ30 million right now. Milan do like the profile of the player, who is someone they had monitored during his time at Nice as well before he later joined the Magpies.
He could become a target for the Rossoneri if they do not end up signing Zaniolo this month and if Newcastle reduce their asking price for the Frenchman
