Milan are still looking to bolster their squad and have now initiated contact for winger Adama Traore, whose contract with Wolves is about to run out soon.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported that today, Milan held talks with Traore’s agent Jorge Mendes about a potential free transfer for the winger, whose contract will expire at the end of this month.
Traore is an option for Milan when it comes to strengthening their wide positions and Stefano Pioli has already given his approval to the transfer. He is firmly on the Rossoneri’s shortlist, with the club yet to decide whether to move for the player or not. Roma are also interested in Traore but Milan have the ball in their court and if they move for him, they will sign him.
The 27-year-old was also linked with a move to Napoli and they saw him as a potential replacement for Hirving Lozano, but that move didn’t seem to have taken off so far.
