Moise Kean withdraws from Italy U21s team due to lack of motivation

Juventus forward Moise Kean has now withdrawn from the Italy Under-21s squad due to a lack of motivation.

Giovanni Albanese have reported about the situation of the Juventus player, whose attitude hasn’t always been perfect in recent years. With the Under-21s Euros approaching, Kean has left the Azzurini training camp after he had a brief yet sincere conversation with coach Paolo Nicolato.

During the meeting, Kean expressed a lack of motivation to play for the side and he made it clear that he does not wish to play the tournament later this month.

The report further states that Kean’s training hasn’t been promising. He is not encountering any physical issues and is currently not facing any personal issues either.

This comes at the back of another frustrating season for the forward, who has not been a regular for the Bianconeri due to the presence of other players in the side. The 23-year-old scored six goals in the Serie A despite not starting regularly.
