Napoli’s Kim Min-Jae says ‘yes’ to potential Manchester United move

Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae is said to have agreed to join Manchester United in the summer transfer window.

Il Mattino have reported about the interest of Premier League clubs in a host of Napoli players and they start with the situation of Kim. They state that Kim has now said ‘yes’ to join United this summer, with the Red Devils offering him a wage of €9 million per season in his contract at Old Trafford.

The report goes onto mention that United have already informed Napoli that they will pay the South Korean’s release clause of €56 million in the 15 day period at the start of July. It is now impossible for Napoli to make a counter offer to ask for a higher amount of money from United.

The peculiar aspect of this saga continues to be the fact that the figures of the release clause constantly change and the amount that United are offering to the defender also changes consistently. It was reported some days ago by Il Mattino that the intermediaries who are working on Kim’s future are also the ones who are working on resolving Victor Osimhen’s future.
