Serie A side Milan have officially unveiled Christian Pulisic as a new player today.
An official statement from Milan’s website confirmed the arrival of USA international Christian Pulisic from Chelsea as he signs a four-year deal.
The Rossoneri will pay a sum of around €20m including bonuses to the Premier League outfits for the 24-year-old. Pulisic currently has a Croatian passport, which will allow Milan to sign a non-EU player during this transfer window. This will make sure that the San Siro side will be able to sign another non-EU but it remains to be seen who that will be.
The winger was reportedly unsettled with Chelsea after the club failed to finish in a European competition spot last season. He rejected advances from Ligue 1 clubs, especially Lyon who sent in a better offer. The Blues were forced to peg back the offer from France as the player was not keen on the transfer.
At Milan, Pulisic will join his former Chelsea teammates Olivier Giroud, Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus, with the midfielder having left the Blues recently on a permanent basis.Â
