Juventus face great difficulty in renewal of central midfielder Adrien Rabiot

With only six months remaining on the Frenchman’s contract with the Bianconeri, Juventus are confronted with a high degree of complexity regarding the renewal of central midfielder Adrien Rabiot beyond the 2023/24 Serie A season.

Journalist Massimo Pavan of Tuttojuve reports that with such little time remaining on his contract, the 28-year-old has a great deal of suitors who are keen on acquiring his services on a free transfer in preparation for next year’s campaign.

Consequently, the interest from several top clubs, such as Bayern Munich and Fc Barcelona, make it very difficult for coach Massimiliano Allegri’s to reach an agreement in extending his stay in Turin and preventing him to depart Juventus at the end of the current season.

So far this season, Rabiot has been pivotal in Allegri’s tactical system, as he amassed a total of three goals and three assists in 20 games-played in the domestic league.

It remains to be seen whether the management can present an offer to Rabiot that is attractive enough for him to remain at the Allianz beyond this year’s campaign.
