Milan yet to reach agreement with Liverpool star for summer move

Milan are yet to fully reach an agreement with Divock Origi regarding his move from Liverpool in the summer.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim today that Milan have some names on their shortlist to bring in as potential replacements for Zlatan Ibrahimovic. One of the most prominent names is that Origi and the Rossoneri are yet to find an agreement for him.

This comes after Get Italian Football News had covered news from Daniele Longo, who stated that the move is very close.

At the moment, there is a gap of €1 million between the player’s demands and what Milan are offering. Milan are not looking to go beyond their salary cap of €4 million per season, with Origi demanding for a €1 million more than that.

There is a rough agreement with the player’s entourage regarding the commissions, so Milan want to understand when to close the deal. Only the salary of the player is in question and all other details have been sorted.

Andrea Belotti is also an option but he is not high up on the shortlist. Other options are Alexander Isak, Gianluca Scamacca and Jonathan David.
