The agent of Inter striker Edin Džeko is currently in Turkey to speak to Fenerbahce, who are interested in the Bosnian striker.
It was reported before the Champions League final that Džeko was subject of interest from Fenerbahce, who have made an offer of a two-year deal to the striker, who was waiting for Inter’s contract renewal offer.
Marco Conterio has now reported that Fenerbahce are indeed serious about Džeko, with Inter’s renewal offer yet to arrive. His agent Alessandro Lucci is now in Istanbul, where he will speak to the Turkish giants and he will listen to their offer for the ex-Manchester City man.
The meeting will probably take place between today and tomorrow and then, a decision will be made about his future. In recent days, an approach from Saudi Arabia has also arrived for the 37-year-old but it remains to be seen what decision he makes regarding his future in the next few days.
